Using the app
Notalyzer is a tool for practicing melodies. Its analyses are automatic estimates and may contain errors. They do not replace a music teacher.
Pro subscription
Some features require a Pro subscription, purchased through your Apple account. When you confirm a purchase, the payment is charged to your Apple account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If the app offers a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Apple handles refunds under its own rules. You can restore previous purchases from the purchase screen.
Your recordings
Your recordings belong to you. To produce the report, we send them to our analysis service, as explained in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, modify or reverse engineer the app, nor use the analysis service abusively or for purposes other than practice.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and its brand belong to Notalyzer. The melodies in the library are provided for your personal practice.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or remove features. The analysis service may be unavailable at times. If we change these terms, we will say so on this page with the new update date.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Notalyzer is not liable for indirect damages or for the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Without prejudice to the consumer protection rights that apply to users, any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the user’s place of residence or, failing that, the courts of Granada (Spain).
